ESPO began its professional activity in Tehran in 2004 under the leadership of Engineer Hamidreza Ashraf, initially operating under the name Mobtakerin Behin Tajrobeh. The ESPO brand was formally registered in 2011. Today, with more than two decades of experience and a portfolio of 400+ projects, the company provides integrated consulting, design, engineering, construction, interior, and structural strengthening services across Iran and regional markets.

His management approach emphasizes technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, principled execution, human-capital development, and social responsibility.
