The Bank Keshavarzi Ahvaz Central Branch Building project concerns the construction of a new banking facility in the Amaniyeh district of Ahvaz, Khuzestan Province, Iran. ESPO (Atieh Sazan ESPO Engineering & Consulting Company) is identified as the main contractor in the project’s official monthly progress report; Industrial Consultants of Iran is named as the supervising consultant.
The contracted scope encompasses site establishment, excavation and temporary retaining structures, foundation drainage and waterproofing, foundation and reinforced-concrete structural works, architectural works, and mechanical and electrical installations. The design documentation listed in the report includes a basement, ground floor, first floor, roof and rooftop structures.
The photographs featured here document actual construction stages including excavation, reinforcement, concrete placement, concrete wall curing and waffle-slab formwork. The initial contractual construction period was 24 months, beginning on 13 April 2022 (24 Farvardin 1401).

ESPO approach
ESPO undertook the construction contract covering excavation and retaining works, foundation waterproofing and reinforcement, reinforced-concrete structural works, architectural finishes and the specified mechanical and electrical installations. The progress photographs document key stages of the construction process.
